SCATS Teacher’s Talk: Recap of week 2 for Be a Writer

The 2 weeks of SCATS camp seemed to fly by. Students wrote color poems and produced color power points to go with the poems. Campers also designed word splash t-shirts and used sidewalk chalk outside to reproduce a line from one of the poems written during the 2 weeks. Each day was filled with reading, writing, word processing, as well as speaking and listening activities. The last day of class students received their personal copy of the anthology.
