Tuesday, we had a lot of fun! The first thing we did was go visit the writing class. We watched their creative rendition of the classic Chinese folk tale the Legend of White Snake. Their version took place in downtown Detroit and featured a girl in a gang called the White Snakes. She eventually cleans up her act and falls in love! Then she dies. However, she and her “lover” met in another life, and they all live happily ever after! Overall, it was a wonderful play. My thanks to the writing class!
