Vampy Chinese teacher, Haiwang Yuan, treated his class to a wonderful morning of Chinese culture when he taught them the fine art of making dumplings. The students are learning the basics of Chinese pronunciations and about the writing system from a native of China who teaches at WKU. Incidentally, the dumplings were wonderful!
