The last week of Winter Super Saturdays brought a flurry activity for classes on campus at WKU and at the Kentucky Science Center in Louisville.
In the Egyptology class, students mummified teddy bears.
In the Cardboard Architects class, students made replicas of famous landmarks, including pyramids and the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
In the Game On class, students put the finishing touches on the video games they designed before showing them off to their parents.
In the Leadership Challenge class, students put their leadership skills to work by cooperating to make a Rube Goldberg machine, which uses a series of complicated tasks to solve a simple problem.
In the Bridging the Gap with Bridge Building and Design class, students calculated what supplies they would need before building bridges themselves.
In the Science on the Farm — An AgMazing Adventure class, students created a special mixture to inflate balloons.
In the Poetry Tech Mash-Up class, students created stop motion films.
In the Bones, Hearts, Lungs and More — Exploring the Body class, students visited the WKU School of Nursing building at the Medical Center.
