I’m a first year counselor from right here in Bowling Green where I live with my husband and our two cats. During the school year I’m a graduate student at WKU studying English Literature. As an undergraduate, I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in creative writing from Morehead State University.
I got introduced to The Center for Gifted Studies when I went to SCATS way back in 2002 and I’m so excited to be a part of the summer programs this year. When I’m not reading or writing, I love to travel; I’ve been to Canada, France, and Scotland. I also love to do creative, crafty things like crocheting and sewing. I hope I can share some of these things with the VAMPY campers this summer.
