Primary Talent Pool students have different needs/strengths so one service delivery model will not fit everyone. A continuum of services is needed. See the Service Delivery Options Chart for definitions and examples of the services listed below.

Although having a Talent Development Plan for primary students is not required in the gifted regulation, it is a good practice to have a measure of accountability and a way of communicating with parents about how primary talent pool students are being served.
