The landscape of academic talent searches changed in 2020-2021 with the closure of the Duke Talent Identification Program and the Western Academic Talent Search at the Center for Bright Kids. In response, Susan Assouline (Belin-Blank Center at the University of Iowa) and Julia Link Roberts (The Center for Gifted Studies at Western Kentucky University) began collaborating to create a consortium of university center’s focused on providing talent search opportunities to gifted students. This page will highlight the work of these talent search organizations and share resources related to above-level testing.
