In response, Susan Assouline (Belin-Blank Center at the University of Iowa) and Julia Link Roberts (The Center for Gifted Studies at Western Kentucky University) began collaborating to create a consortium of university center&#8217;s focused on providing talent search opportunities to gifted students.
