Field trips offer aviation experiences for Super Saturdays students

Two aviation-related classes had eye-opening experiences off campus during the final week of Winter Super Saturdays.

The first and second graders in Take Flight met Bob Pitchford at the Bowling Green – Warren County Regional Airport. They were able to handle the controls in Bob’s plane, see other planes, and have their questions about flight answered.

The sixth, seventh, and eighth graders in Rocket Science launched the rocket they built at Buchanon Park south of Bowling Green.
