In Problems You Have Never Solved Before, students get the opportunity to practice their engineering skills and the engineering design process itself, and no problem in the class shows off the engineering design process more than their first big challenge: the egg drop.
Perhaps my favorite part of the day is after we return to the hall for the evening. Bonding feels easier when there are only twenty people present, as opposed to 165.
On Wednesday morning, students presented their group posters of what type of government they would create if they had to design three branches of government. We also finished examining the presidency of Lyndon B. Johnson.
